These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Loaded Miles website (loadedmiles.com), the free calculator, and the Loaded Miles application (app.loadedmiles.com) (together, the “Service”), provided by New Age Freedom LLC (“Loaded Miles,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Loaded Miles provides financial record-keeping and analytics tools for trucking lease operators and owner-operators — including a settlement decoder, cost-per-mile and break-even analytics, and related planning tools. The Service helps you organize and understand your own numbers.
Loaded Miles is an informational and record-keeping tool, not a financial, tax, legal, or investment advisor. All figures, benchmarks, and example numbers (including national-average benchmarks drawn from third-party data) are for education and estimation only and are not a forecast or a guarantee. Your actual results depend on your carrier, lease, lane, region, and decisions. You are responsible for verifying numbers and for the financial and business decisions you make. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
To use parts of the Service you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
If you provide a mobile number (optional), you may receive transactional, driver-initiated text messages from Loaded Miles — confirmations sent after you upload a document in the app (for example, a settlement statement, receipt, or bill of lading), as described in our SMS / text-messaging program and at our SMS opt-in page. We do not send marketing, promotional, or dispatch notifications by text; account communication is sent by email, not SMS. The phone field is optional and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Pricing shown on the website is illustrative and subject to change until a plan is offered for purchase. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and the specific billing terms presented at checkout apply.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own records and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Age Freedom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
